Default Speeding Ticket in St.Catharines

Hello,

Anyone know any good paralegals or lawyers in St.Catharine area that can fight a speeding ticket?

I was going 25km/hr over. 75km/hr in 50 km/hr zone

Thanks!

means you were going a good clip in a residential area ..

forget the paralegal, they will reduce it for you and claim a win .. that is something you can do for yourself by visiting the prosecutor , they can reduce it to 10 over. This however will not help with insurance as they only care about infractions, it is a minor infraction regardless of points or no points. You need it gone completely which means a real lawyer.

I say go it alone and see the prosecutor or get your cheque book out and hire a lawyer .

Good Luck.

Yeah I wanted to hire a lawyer to get rid of it. I don't know any good lawyers in the St.Catharines area. If nobody knows any, I'll have to hire someone from Toronto!

Thanks

Sorry, but in a 50 zone your are likely up the creek so to speak.

By all means get a lawyer and try your luck.
