I hope I'm fortunate enough to come across one of these when my turn comes in a couple years. Looks superb, glws! (But why couldn't you wait a year or two!). I used to live down the street from a guy in Vaughan who always had one parked on his driveway. Awesome car.

Thanks guys.
My bride and I are going through some lifestyle changes (all good) so may be sitting without a Porsche for a while but when I get back in it will likely be a turbo - budget will determine which model!

Thanks guys. Some additional pics attached re. the targa top. First one with the top open, the second with my golf bag and my wife's overstuffed bag through the hatch ... and if you can get that beast in the back, hey!
Fun story about this car.... in Adrian Strather's "996: The Essential Companion" my car is the Targa featured throughout the book (I supplied all the photos). Unfortunately in the credits he note I was from the U.S.

Hey guys, thanks to everyone who inquired about the car. It is sold and now in the possess of its new owner. I sure will miss her . The good news is that it went to a fine, young enthusiast who I expect will be joining Rennlist. And I'll be hanging around even w/o a flat six tucked in my garage
