I do appraisals and have a special rate for rennlisters of $225 no tax. I am a member of www.trustpave.org and do very detailed narrative reports with high res photos. My reports are accepted by all of the insurance companies. Located at Bayview and 401 in Toronto. Most of the local rennlisters use me and are pleased with the reports.
