Wheel needs to be off.
I put a couple of wraps of electrical tape on the side that contacted the paint.
I was able to get about 50-60 degrees of bend on the lip.
My rub point was rather forward of the wheel centre, so my roll runs from about 11:00 to 2:00.

I actually used it to straighten out the wiggles I was left with after trying to do it with a bat. Perhaps my bat technique was somewhat lacking.
