Finally got a chance to reply.
All the 20 rooms are full but they were nice enough to give me a room with the same rate- awesome!
Just filled out the google form and sent.
My name is Vic and my buddy John is coming(at the moment he's baking a cake for his wife before he asks for permission. By the way he is a Mercedes benz disciple- hopefully we can all gang up on him and show him the error of his ways.)
We will be travelling in a black 997 turbo.

No argument there. Especially, as I did, getting lost on my way out and getting to enjoy the rich and beautiful countryside in and around Hershey.
Hope you guys detour to Bethel Woods to visit Woodstock. Those roads are pretty groovy, too. (Sorry, couldn't resist.)
