So I picked up a DataEast Checkpoint to restore.
The only ever Porsche themed pinball machine. 3500 made worldwide in 1991.

How many remember spending countless hours and quarters on this machine in their youth?

Also, since we're Porsche folk here, how else would continue the theme but with a Carrera digital slot car set. Gotta have fun sometimes

I have an old strombecker slot car set 1/32 scale. These are some of the cars that I have for the set. They are much more modern than my old strombecker cars..much faster too! The set has been packed up for a few years since I moved, but in my old house, I had over 100ft of track setup.

Cool I grew up with both but I personally never touched the pin ball machines when there was a miss pac man around. I think I've played more Windows PC pin ball then a real one though.

Very cool. My quarters were spent on Street Fighter 2 and Star Wars Pinball. The good 'ol days.

Just remember to learn from Costanza, and have it plugged in to your UPS in case you have to move! Last thing you want is to lose your "world record".

For me it was Galaga and Stargate.

Hated it in stargate when they took ur last human , your world exploded and it was total chaos. id always have the last guy human hanging on to the bottom of my ship .
