Looking for some IT help with our fall run
Im looking for some IT help with our fall run from an IT guru. I am looking for someone to host some type of simple excell sheet. with just a signup of how many people are coming , how many cars and who will be going to Lunch ( Christien and I are looking into a buffet style place than can suit a large group) . it would be nice if they could click a link , update there info and save and close.
it would be nice if someone can click on a link update a spreadsheet then close and save , so we can have a tally by the day of how many cars and how many coming to lunch. This is just to give us an idea in order of magnatude of what we have undertaken. We are more than a month out and it already looks huge ..
Christien depending on size we may be forced into groups just because of the traffic situation.

You can also use a google form which automatically update a google spreadsheet with the form data.
Something like this:
