Default Speed limits

Good article. Not that it would make any difference whatsoever to the powers to be in Canada. I know its beating a dead horse, just thought of posting for entertainment purposes

Might not make a difference in Ont but it did in BC. This is the exact science used to justify the highway limits going to 120 kph.

I drove the whole length of PA and western NY today, and it's shocking to see the difference a border makes. PA was almost all construction, 55 mph, not a single speed trap and most people going about 70. NY had some little construction, 65 mph, and I saw at least 5 people pulled over, and 3 or 4 more speed traps lying in wait.
