Dan very sorry to hear about your car, any idea what caused the fire? Best of luck with whatever road you chose.

It was caused by an intercooler oil line opening up I believe. I am awaiting to finalize with insurance and will get back to everyone regarding parts and prices. Thanks everyone for the kind words and concerns.

...and that's not a bad idea about Rick's car. As you know, it's exceptionally clean! Other than that, there's mine, of course. :-)

Ouch! Sorry Dan. I was thinking I was going to read about some fun tire shredding event, not an actual fire!
Oil line and not the more typical fuel line failure huh? Wow. Glad your ok!
