Exactly but its a good opportunity to get in a good bash at Ontarians
Route 13 is awesome but watch for sand in the spring and sloooow moving traffic in the summer. Its a great place to stop for a picnic about mid way when you hit almost bald rock at the top

Tail of the dragon - been there twice with a sport touring bike (2000 VFR800)
- SE Pennsylvania is good
Marietta, OH area is good.
Muskoka Rd 13 is decent, there are other nice roads up in Muskoka - I have driven them a few times during the summer, but we have a place on Lake Muskoka by Gravenhurst., but a little far for a day trip from Toronto... TMP, Shannonville would be better options.... no cops, no sand, no cottagers walking their dog.

Right your close to most of mine. I am an hour away from most of them and 10 min from my local drive and 20min from 2 motor sport tracks where there are no limits.
It's even worse for our northern drivers. I am up near Sudbury waylots and there is nothing worth mentioning, Espanola to Little Current has nice scenic routes and if your into rally and drifting down gravel roads the Sultan rd from 144 to 129 is the ticket. Only done it in a an SUV but I'd love to have my C4S out on it, though can't be following anyone.

I have to try that Rosseau to Port Carling route. I've driven that in the winter, towing a sled trailer, but had forgotten about it. Thanks Astromo.
CR503 from Gooderham to Tory Hill was paved last summer, so the road surface is great, but they also straightened it a bit.
The other county roads in Kawartha Lakes, Haliburton, Harcourt area took a real beating this winter. The high water and then deep freeze caused the worst frost heaves in memory. The Road crews are just getting them patched now, but there are so many they are doing quick patch jobs and moving on. Be watchful - some potholes will break tire cords and damage wheels.

Yes it does, I have seen so many images of that, only when when I moved here i discovered it's in Canada.
I love nature and Canada has so many beautiful places, that's why next year I have plans to go to Nova Scotia with my Girlfriend.
