Default Which PCA Region for SE Ontario

A friend of mine who lives in SE Ontario (very near Quebec border) and works in Dorval is going to join PCA. He would normally be in Rennsport Region and that's the handiest for attending events. His question is, does Rennsport operate on a bilingual, English or French basis normally?

Any help out there?

Thanks

Get your friend to email Rennsport and ask about the language thing.
Officially who knows but I'm sure many members are bilingual.

As for PCA. It's all zone 1

I'm the Rennsport Membership Director should your friend have any questions. Otherwise he can join at http://www.pca.org/
