John 996 TT Cab

A friend of mine from Eastern Ontario recently purchases a 2007 C4S Cab in Montreal. The manuals are in French. He's not been able to find an English PCM manual (no nav system) in English. The dealer got him one and the cover was in English but everything inside in French. Any ideas where he should go now to get an English PCM Manual?
