midnight blue 997.2 c2s FS - looks well priced/higher milage
does anyone know who owns this car?

asking 62.5k, but i'm guessing psychological real price is 60 grand cash.
the owner just dropped the price 5 grand this week so looks like he's trying to get the head start b4 the spring rush of sales.
pros- full leather + some other decent options
cons- base seats, higher milage 72k km/45k miles, winter driven (looks like, may not matter to some)
imo best value/dollar 997.2 in canada, although it looks to be a usa car (other autotrader 60 grand 997.2s are base models; no leather etc etc). the milage issue imo is that even if summer driven in 2 years this car will hit 100,000km /60k miles.

the ad was on the trader 1.5-2 months ago with 3,000 km less milage... which is why i suspect it was at least 'somewhat' winter driven.
what do you guys (and 997.2 owners) think would be a fair real world selling price for this car? i just figured its pretty much asking what the 997.2 base models (with roughly similar milage) are asking so that an S with leather it is better value.
