its right outside my house as i pass the dealership all the time. it used to be parked outside during the summer but thankfully its no longer there (presume its been stored during winter). perhaps its the color or lack of a good detailing but it never did 'sparkle' when i saw it.

I am not familiar with this car, but have been driving the same model/year daily since new and could not be happier

Thanks for your help, folks. I ended buying an M3. See you at the track, where I shall be cruising around in relative comfort, if not as quickly!

M3 is a great vehicle. Did you get an E90 or E92?

E90. Probably not what I would have preferred, but it's a pretty nice car! I've ridden in a number of them on the track, and really look forward.

Have you retired the 944?

Hey, Chris, I'm hoping to find it a good home. It's no garage queen, for sure, but it's well-sorted and has a lot of good track bits.

Congrats Bill. Sad to hear you aren't keeping the 951, but I am sure it will go to a new owner who will put it to good use. How about some pics of the new car?

Tan dashtop will reflect in the windshield. Polarized sunglasses will take care of it but some find this annoying.

Hey, Danny, here it is...looks pretty much like other M3's, which is nice, but you gotta admit, my old 951 was a little distinctive. I guess it takes a while to develop character.

Thanks...I'm pretty sure it's black, haven't picked it up yet, though.
