The northern lights might be visible tonight. It has been over 15 years since I saw them in Cambridge.

I remember driving eastbound on the 403 around Brantford a few years ago, and looking out to my window to see this weird green light in the sky. One of the coolest things I've ever seen. Fingers crossed for tonight - would love for my kids to be able to see it.

It can last quite some time if condition is right.

I saw the Northern Lights the first time in Scarborough, came out of parent's house after dinner on a late fall night, and saw the green hue lights dancing across the sky, thought about going in to get parents and little sister, but wasn't sure how long it was going to last, and didn't want to be accused of being drunk even though I didn't drink anything alcoholic over dinner, so I just stood on their driveway for the next couple of minutes watching it in awe until the light show disappeared.

The other time I had seen it was at CFB Petawawa in the summer, wasn't as pronounced but still discernible.

Pffft. When you worked in northern Alberta you see them all the time.

Saw them one October out on the lake in Windsor.

Snowed here last night so the sky was clowdy, couldn't see anything. Anyone had more luck?

It was clear but didn't see much more than a passing plane.

Overcast and a little snow up here - no luck.

Yup, and definetly not like a free BJ at a bar.

I think they were visible (green) around the time of the ice storm.
