Default November weather

Snow squalls today in my area.
Getting pretty bad. Hwy 400 N/B closed from Hwy 89 to Barrie (and one S/B lane also closed).
Winter seems to have arrived early this year.
I can't remember ever having my winter tires on so early in the season, but the temperatures dropped below 7C much sooner than normal.
Oh well, have to go out this evening, find an empty lot, and practice drifting and donuts.

I've got an intermittent starter issue, and as luck would have it, the 911 wouldn't fire up this AM to go to early hockey. Turns out that was a spot of great luck a I sat at bfast with the crew watching it puke white powder like mad. Phew!

I think it'll pass. I normally don't store cars until just before Christmas. Still need to get oil change in 993tt. Lots of time.

In Scarborough this evening at the in-laws and played Mr. Donut maker around their streets. Surprising how much snow fell there yet Ajax had just a dusting...

I love how much fun it is driving the 911 in the snow!

I can never remember tucking my car(s) away this early. Usually first or second week on December. I always thought being near the lake prolonged my season (I am in Oakville). Sigh.

Love it. Maybe I will put my ski boots on and watch some Warren Miller!

Whoa! That's "Alberta-like" levels of snowfall...

Man I miss it!

I'm in Ottawa for the week. Forecast low of -17 here tonight! I don't ever remember a November this cold. I haven't done any winter prep for the car yet either.

Saturday was my day to put the winter boots on the wifey's car, and did mine on Sunday. Swapped out the mats for winter mats etc. I also sprayed every bolt I could reach under the car with "fluid film" protectant. Loaded both cars with washer fluid and scrapers...Bring it on!
