reappraisal is every 5 years not two. $200 divided by 5 is $40. Haggerty is already more expensive than vintage by more than $40. So Clive you are paying more and sending it out of country.

I have Haggerty and pay about $390/year for classic car insurance. They are getting a good deal on me since I drive it twice a month in good weather!

When I was living in a money postal code, and had it insured as a daily driver for a few months when I was between cars I recall it being around $1800/year... with State Farm... with the multi discount.

What I have learned is that your insurance for everything TOTALLY depends on your postal code. For example, my wife's Audi went from $270/month to $70/month in a move from Woodbridge to Ottawa. Go figure...

Note: the OP asked about daily driver insurance, not classic car insurance. I am with Meloche Monnex for most of my cars, but they would not insure the 964 as a daily. I am with Aviva, at just under $150/month. I'm not super happy about it, but it was the best I could find. For reference, I paid 50/month for a TDI golf with MM, and $80/month with MM for my E36 M3.
