I’d like to thank the Rennlist member who referred Vassil from Multimatic to us. Vas has volunteered to help out with the 2014 Yorkville Exotic Car Show and has joined the ten-member CREW as our accountant for the season. Welcome aboard Vassil.

Our next issue to address is getting set up as a non-profit or perhaps even a registered charity. Right now we’re just a bunch of Petroheads putting on a big car show and raising money for charity. Now that we are drawing 80,000+ visitors, more corporate sponsors want to come on board and we may be missing out on benefits of a more structured organization.

We are looking for anyone with a legal background that can help us with setting up and handling the paperwork and follow-ups to set up the appropriate organizational structure. Please let me know if you or anyone you know might be interested in helping out with this new direction.
