I am selling a set of 19" HRE wheels with tires and a guy just asked for shipping to California. what is the best way and approx cost. my guess is ground shipping would cost $200. I seem to recall someone said tape 2 together with cardboard in between faces for best way to ship. any help is appreciated

I would only do that with tires. Best way to shop them is in a box sized for the rims. Go to the local shop that sells rims and ask if they have any old boxes for the size that you need.
