I noticed about a week ago I lost the west coast US channels for ABC, NBC, and CBS, I watch a lot of the prime time shows after hours so was not too pleased about this.

Called Cogeco tonight and they added the channels back on for free right away without any hassles, so if you are in the Cogeco cable TV service area then you may want to check these channels, and give them a call as this free "upgrade" comes to an end at end of July, the CS girl actually said she was glad I called sooner than later.
