Hello! Long time lurker now shopping for my first Porsche, a 997.1 S.

Hoping to get some insight on a 997S with all the options I was looking for (Full leather, adaptive sport seats, manual) in Toronto. I went to check it out and it seems to be a launch edition car, at least from the spec and VIN.

No accidents I could see, and generally in good shape. Usual wear on seats and high touch areas (buttons) for 80,000 km.

Anyone know the car? it was recently traded by a local Toronto driver. Thought they might be on here and moved to greener pastures. Anyone have experience with the dealer?

Any advice in general is appreciated. Intend to have a PPI done at Pfaff as being new to Porsche, not really sure what to look for outside the obvious. PCCB don't worry me too much as I'd likely convert to steel when that bridge approaches.

Wow, 1/10th of the km. I've emailed the seller.

Having average 1000km per year must come with it's own mechanical worries. Anything to know about the drive train of these cars after sitting so much? Are the IMS and RMS issues aggravated by non-use?

It's a vinyl wrap. Car has 75,000 km. New engine has 8,000 km.
