Considered doing it, just need the liquidity to do so. I'm hopeful for 2015 provided the world doesn't implode by then.
Have even gone as far as vehicle selection, parts specification, preliminary logistics, etc...

Never been to the Rock and thought this would be a cool introduction. The wife has agreed in principle but it's likely a couple of years off yet.

Thanks Ernie - good to know there is help with logistics. As I said this is likely a year or two out but it's going to take some serious planning. No illusions about winning but it sounds like an awesome experience.

My next door neighbour Ray Felice has done it many times. The last few years he has been the co driver of a black 911 and they have won their division. He says the experience is like no other. I wouldn't use a car you care about though!

Ray co-drove for me a million years ago, here in ontario, he knows his stuff.
Targa is on my list too. There are several divisions, you don't HAVE to go fast, you can aim for target times in a street (ish) car.
But my next taste of rally will be the ontario winter rally this weekend, looking to win it two years in a row.

I hate to ask but what happens after one finishes their bucket list?

Good question....if it's anything like a chores list from the wife, it's never ending!!
Although, Isle of Man TT is closer to the end along with such favorites as "lowering springs for walker" and "opti-coat dentures"

Skydiving with defective equipment could mean the 'end is nigh'.
