Default Dealer reviews for Western Canada

I'm looking for feedback on a couple dealers: South Center Porsche in Calgary (2004 - 2010) and Speedway Porsche (2010-current).

I'm looking at purchasing a GT3 that was serviced at those dealers over those years... Any experiences you could share would be greatly appreciated!

Speedway is now owned by the Dilawri group that also own Porsche Centre Vancouver. They bought it in the last year or so. Previously a long (very long -over 50 years) time family business and it was very well run especially in the back end (parts/service). I think reputation is good.

Call Stuart at Weissach: 1757 West 2nd Avenue, Vancouver, B.C. Canada,V6J 1H7: 604.738.3911

See their site at: www.weissach.com

They sell a lot of high quality Pre-owned Porsche in Vancouver and have been very dependable to me in the past from a Service perspective. No affiliation except being a satisfied customer.

Another good one in Vancouver is Scan Automotive which is in North Vancouver. Call James Daniels at 604-984-0502.

I didn't know about Scan Automotive, John. Thanks for letting us know!
Although, Weissach has been excellent so far, given my experience, it always good to have a fall back venue for whatever eventuality in the future. Plus it is closer to Horseshoe Bay without going through town.
I see you've had a succession of Porsches in the past (impressive, indeed!), has Scan Auto been your main source of support for some of these?
Cheers!

Scan has done all my Porsche servicing for about 10 years now. Previous indy gave me really bad service one day (refused to spend 5 minute test drive at 2pm on a Friday) and then slammed my door so hard I thought the window would break. Too bad, he went bankrupt!

Scan did all my work on my '82 SC from about 2002 until I sold it in 2008. Have done all work on my 996 TT Cab including all the upgrades to that car.

If you go to their site and click on "Projects" my car is at the bottom of the first page.

Had a look at it. Very nice! Enjoy your next acquisition, too.
