Also, the speed limit signs on the ramps are yellow and this means they are only advisory signs. Unlike black and whites that are enforcable, these are not enforcable BUT if you screw up, they will go for the careless charge.

Agreed...just don't screw up!
Don'tcha just freakin' hate it when someone's in front of you on the onramp?

Happened yesterday.....I was doing rounds on the bayview extension. I have a slow van or SUV most of the time.

It's never "inevitable". You have a choice.
I've found that whenever I have been drawn in to a duel, there is radar lurking nearby...now, I just say, "No".
Doesn't feel as good, but far more responsible, just sayin'.

just take it to the track...much more rewarding. I find it funny when just driving and somebody thinks we are racing.

I hear ya...in the same boat, age and P-car ownership wise.
I confess, I was weak in the first couple of months of ownership, but a few close calls (not sure how radar missed me) and now I know better.
Until the next relapse, I'm sure.

I hit the sport button and it's like this car goes from Dr. Jekyll to Mr. Hyde... It truly scares me what these cars are capable of, and mine is just a 997 C2.. Maybe it's because I just have a healthy respect for what it has the potential for, and because I know I'm nowhere near a skilled enough driver to live up to its expectations yet... I can't imagine what you guys are feeling behind the wheel of a TT!

You must have a slow car if you don't get it.
