... it likely is Porsche Cars of Canada that organized and approved the billboard, Porsche of London might really not have had anything to do with it if it is a National campaign.... just put their name on it for the local audience.

I worked in packaged goods marketing in my youth and this stuff happened all too frequently. Called a "recall and re-release". Agency pays and some poor schmuck who blows the artwork up gets fired.
