As for another event hosted by a friend:
CSCC - A Gathering of Exotic and Super Sport cars then a short cruise to a BBQ at Bruce Mill Stouffville
Date: Sat May 26. 11:00am
Location: First Markham Place - Cineplex parking
3275 Hwy 7 East, Markham
Ill be in a matte black Maserati if anyone wants to chat or get info about the Jun 3 cruise.
They had me at FREE BBQ ....

Some people do this due to copywrite rules for uploading to Youtube.
You are not dyslexic, the videographer is.. You will notice the Vette at 3:25 has his license plate reversed.. Someone mirrored the video.
You see it on TV all the time, just because the producer wanted the car coming from left to right, does not mean we will not notice the "arerrac" logo on the side of the car

Total Drive (without lunch or stops) - 163km 3hrs 53mins
Country side, rolling hills, lakefront drive
The Lakefront Bar & Grill will have private parking on their front lawn for only our group by the lakefront

This route in the North and East GTA was a b1tch. It has taken me 4-5 weekends trips up in those roads just to find some rolling hills and great scenery without urban pockets and or just plain boring highway roads. Markham, Aurora, Newmarket is filled with residential and straight boring roads. Sorry to say. I also had move the lunch venue from a casino (boring roads to there) to a Spa Resort (wanted a big deposit) to a Lakefront Bar & Grill which graciously opened up their front lawn to have ONLY our cars parked their for a pseudo short car show during our lunch.
In comparison the North West GTA area and also the Muskoka regions have lots of nice roads with twisty and rolling hills. So its easy to make cruises in those areas.
So after many weeks of searching I believe I have dialed down a pretty nice route so I hope you guys will like this Sunday.

The admin stuff on morning of the drive:
- Detailed Google maps are provided at start point including all turns
- Pre-emtive talk on safety and following all traffic rules and regulations. Excercise Responsible judgement
- A quick walk through of maps and direction at start point
- All drives usually start ON TIME. So show up 15-30 mins before start time.
- Some spirited fun in between when safe (each driver is responsible for their actions)
- The map will have some addresses or weypoints so that if you get lost, those points will stir you back. This is usually found on the first page
- Fill up with GAS prior to every drive
- Suggest to bring a GPS
- Keep all rest stop to 15 minutes or less
- Mid stop has food - keep around 1 hr
- Please excercise responsible driving. Please let me know if anyone in the group does burn outs, fishtails, drifting, driving on the shoulder. This should be left on the track or autocross event which I would gladly organize at another venue.

wow that could be the best advertisement Shell could ever ask for .. A Bunch of exotics loading up on V power before a run .. a true non payed endorsement . if they were smart they would send a photographer out ..

With the weather flip flopping all over the place I will reserve GO-NO GO on Sat evening.
