Moab, curious about your experience negotiating with Pfaff..you hinted about it at start of the thread.. are they flexible ?

My experience was good. I was able to knock something reasonable off the price. The bigger issue was the valuation of my trade-in. I knew going in that I was going to get slammed, but that negotiation was a little more "difficult". Obviously, I would have done better selling the car privately (even after factoring in the HST savings), but I don't have the time or patience to deal with low ballers, dead beats, etc.
