Default OT: Awesome story from my wife's school

My wife is an elementary school teacher. A couple years ago, her school sponsored an olympic hopeful for Beijing who didn't qualify, but inspired him to try again, and he made the London 2012 team. This is the email that's being circulated:

Back in 2008, Ancaster Meadow adopted an Olympic hopeful swimmer named Scott Dickens from Ancaster. Although he was all but assured a spot on the Canadian Swim team for the 2008 Beijing Olyimpics he did not qualify. However we did continue to support him for the remainder of that academic year.

Tonight I am happy to say he qualified for the 2012 London Olympics in the 100m breaststroke.

Click here and read the entire article, and see how our school made an impact on him.
