I have had no claims but did get an email on the change, no physical coverage at a speed event, any accident while at the track, claims will be denied.
Remember that what they can and can't deny isn't up to them, it's mandated by law. So while they'll tell you differently and deny it up front, you *can* fight them, with lawyers if necessary. It won't be easy, but the legal precedent is there.
Interesting thread, just got my first pcar. Interested in tracking this year. So how do these additional coverages work? Do you have insurance just for track or are these companies your 24/7 auto insurance providers?

Spoke to Mark last year and gave him all my info. He got back to me saying that he didn't think that he could match my current policy. I told him that it wasn't all about cost, and asked him to get me a quote anyway.

Do you guys know if any of these companies will insure for track days in BC or Washington State?
I live in BC and cannot find any HPDE insurance providers.
