"anodized"is a process applied to aluminum.
Possibly you mean cadmium plated ( a yellowish finish)
These are tough to find because of environmental issues, and have been largely replaced by yellow zinc plating.

There are a couple of places that will do cadmium plating , but you need to take parts to them and there is usually a $200 or so minimum charge.
Hope that helps.

Another option is to go to a Tractor / Farm Equip. dealership. Farmers do their own repairs. They will sell small quantities.Last time I was at Fastenal they had a minimum.

If you buy bolts in quantity they are inexpensive. Onesies and twosies cost lots. I've bought from fastenal ( better than Brafasco) and paid 8-9 bucks a bolt for metric stuff in the spec i needed. I didn't complain though as it was cheaper than making them myself.
