Is Sirius possible on 997.2 w/ XM option?
Hello.
I am a very happy new owner of a 2009 911 C2S.
My car has the XM option, yet I have a Sirius subscription that is still connected to my old-sold vehicle. Anyone out there know the status of SiriusXM Canada, and if it is/will be possible to have a Sirius subscription routed through the stock PCM?

A member of PCA-CWR with a 997 Turbo S had it come with the XM rather than Sirius.
It cost him about $500 to have the Porsche dealer do the changeover here in Vancouver (then Porsche Canada reimbursed him) as apparantly XM doesn't work too well in parts of BC due to the location of their satellites close to the Equator or something like that.

Thanks John. I was hoping to avoid having to change out the module. From the way the CSR at Sirius was speaking, I should soon be able to receive either service through the stock XM module. That being said, CSRs in past have provided less than accurate info.
