I always use impact sockets with my impact gun...like I said, I like my Snap-On tools too much to abuse them. As for my impact gun & sockets, since I use them so infrequently (like once every few years), I just get the CTC brand.

Hi Mark, thanks for the comments, what is referred to as "light work"? I think for now to pop my cherry the most I'd use it for is removing lugs for rotating tires and maybe if I get the courage with some help brakes.

Up to now I've been using a tire iron to take bolts off, and that ain't fun.

Sultan, we should go tool shopping. When you need help with the brakes give me a shout.

BYW I use the electric impact gun on the wheels that way I don't have to crank up the compressor.
