Just realized, this would make me the proud owner of two 2005', a 996 and a 997. How cool would that be... and both from Ottawa

Francois, as the old Nike commercial said: JUST DO IT!!

Once in a lifetime opportunity to own 2 sweet cars!!
If I wasn't in so deep with my GT3, I'd do the same in a heartbeat!!

Don't I know it Peter, but I've been "just do'in it" for a while now. I really, really need to slow down. Once I sell the house though, I will be able to start "do'in it" all over again

I'd like to get a fun car for the street cause frankly, my car isn't that much fun on anything other than a glassy smooth surface a la Calabogie.

This is your ex isn't it?

Oh, and by the way, you're not helping

Too bad I don't have anything to trade in. I could buy it through Mark Motors and get them to add CPO...

Haha, stopped racing last year and sold the TT bike. Rode probably not more than 20 times this year. Weight is creeping back on

This is a great car, even better price. 2 local Cdn Rennlisters, great options, sport seat to boot.
Nice buy for someone
Francois, would make a great garage mate for the GT3. Your wife would look great driving it

Cheers,
Geoff

I know Geoff, I've been working at it hard. Her first comment was "what, another car that you can only drive in the summer?".

I e-mailed Dave earlier today and told him that I was secretly hoping that nobody would buy it

But I know that it won't last. I searched the official Porsche network, and similar cars are $15k to $20K more money Link

Taking a page out of mnmasotto's book (the guy I bought the GT3 from) I decided to lower the price to my bottom line to see if I could get it sold quickly while the new one is coming. But it is a slow time of year for Cab sales so you may get lucky ...

It's been a late winter this year and there is no snow to speak of yet, but we know that will change. Once the snows are here in earnest, if the car hasn't sold, I will take it off the market until spring, and I suspect that things may move a little quicker then.
