I'm glad that this sad story is getting the attention it deserves. Craig, please keep us posted when this is scheduled to air.

I shared Mitchell's story with my 6 year old over the weekend, and I had a very difficult time keeping myself together......

Wow! I've never watched Dr. Phil in my life, but looks like Oct. 11 will be my first!

Good luck. I can't imagine this is easy.

I just saw the news of this. I am so sorry for your loss. Your son reminds me of my 12 year old: happy and innocent.

Also being the father of a bright eyed young boy hearing this breaks my heart so much. My sincerest condolences.

Such a lose lose situation because even for that 12 yr old bully I don't know how you can carry that kind of guilt for the rest of your life. Wither he realizes it now or later what a heavy guilt to bear.

Craig,
I`ve been trying to respond to your post for sometime now but I didn`t know what to write. I still don`t.
Last I checked there is 127 RL members who posted their condolences and support to you and your family. It just went to 128.

Craig,

There is a two page arcticle in today's Journal de Montreal in relation to Mitchell.
Hopefully it will help some people understand the real hardships of life and make us realize that the little things most of us take for granted have a completely different meaning for others !

You were certainly the best of dads !

Words cannot express the feelings I have right now. Father to a 14 year old son with common interests as Mitchell, it breaks my heart when I try to imagine what you have gone through and your difficult road ahead.

If something good can come of this, be it that no other child or parent should have to endure such a tragedy.

My sincere condolences to you and your family. My prayers are with you and Mitchell.

I watched the video and read the article, just so wrong on many different levels. Please help raise the awareness Craig.

Not my wife's patient, but one of the residents where she used to work took his own life the very same way. Sadly, he too was getting away from his bullies.

Respectfully,
Tim
