Kudos to G-TEK
Big thanks to Jack and everyone at G-TEK. Spent two years looking for just the right 1999 996 and finally found one with options we wanted last week. LSD, amazing how hard it is to find one with this, 18" wheels, M030, Aerokit, Sport seats and turbo wheels. The car had a documented 68,000 KMS on it and every single service record from new.
First thing to do was the LN Engineering IMS bearing and interviewed a number of indies and was very impressed with Jack's professionalism, knowledge, timeframe and price. Dropped the car off on Tuesday and had it back earlier than promised, in CLEAN shape and he did a few little extras for free. My highest recommendation for GTEK and they will be my longterm garage.

Jack and his crew are the best!! He has taken care of me since 2007. Everything from basic oil and filter change, to corner weight and balancing my suspension. I fully trust them with my car and would go nowhere else.
I'm glad he's getting recognition on this forum.

Thanks Hyper yes it's a local Toronto car. We moved to it from a Z06 and it's an upgrade in every way. I hadn't had a Porsche since 1982 when I had a 911s.

Very sharp. I've always really liked the clean lines of the 1999-2001 cars. In fact, I think it's a better resolved design than the 997.
