Default FS: Sparco Evo 3 modified to fit 996/997/993

I've got a single Sparco Evo 3 seat used one season for track days. This seat is the widest that sparco offers. I've got a 42" waist and I fit comfortably. Unfortunately, this isn't a bolt in install on a 911. I've modified it to accommodate both the car and myself.

To modify the seat, I removed the cover and shaved off just enough from the shoulder wings and lower sides so that it fit in the car (a 997 in this case). I then re wrapped the edge in foam and reinstalled the seat cover. You can't even tell it's been modified from the outside.

The seat includes side mounts and a custom adapter plate to fit the car without modifying the car at all. I can swap between this seat and the OEM seat in less than 20 minutes. At the moment, the seat is setup to comfortably fit a 6'6" driver with helmet. There are no sliders but they can be easily added if you wish (it will result in lost headroom though!). I can install if you want to come to the ottawa area.

$800

Should also mention that the sub bar attaches to the steel adapter plate for the factory seat bolts so there's no need to fabricate or drill holes in your car. This offers a COMPLETELY reversible solution. This was the only way I could get my 6'5" in the 997 with a helmet on. I would probably even say that this seat is MORE comfortable for long drives but offers a little more challenge getting in and out.

This much? Lol

The bottom left of the seat has a notch cut out so it fits in the seat tunnel and the left shoulder support has about 1.5" removed.
