Default Shipping a car from Toronto to Arizona..any recommendations?

Not sure what it costs, but OH is interested in buying a winter place there, so might move something down for the winter. Has anyoine shipped a car down, or can recommend a shipper?

Why don't you drive it to Buffalo and have it shipped by a US shipping company? I had incognito express ship my car from Portland to Buffalo and drove it back to Toronto. I highly recommend them and much cheaper compared to a Cdn shipping company.

Just a touring car,...SL is going there. Nice for the evenings and OH is not really thrilled driving the 3s....like the idea of Buffalo though. Any recommendations on a shipper?

Yep....good movie. I have done a huge amount of long distance driving in the US and once had an intereting time with a CHIPS 5 litre Mustang that I encountered in the Mohave en route from LA to Phoenix. No bulldozers, though.
In any case, as an old girlfriend in Texas once drawled at me:
"Honey, ya cain't outrun a Motorola"..........

We've been shipping cars down and back from Florida each winter using TFX.

Costs enough such that we could simply buy a half decent one down there and just leave it.

I had my car picked up within 24hrs and delivered within 6 days for $2100 US (cash), around $2030 CDN at the time compared to $2595 from TFX with 3-4 weeks delivery window. The truck driver constantly called me for the update during transportation. Also, I could not find a baby sitter for my son to make the trip down to pick up the car and they stored it for 3 days free of charge. However, I did leave some tips for the guys at the storage place. I highly recommend them and you can mention my name if you speak with Missy .

If you want a Canadian shipping company, try to get a quote from RIM auto transport and Mackie group. I never used them but they have excellent customer service.
