We're actually getting some decent snow now. Let's see what everyone's riding this year.

My 2002 Plolaris Indy 340 Deluxe:

My dad's 1978 Polaris TX340, owned since NEW:

Like most of the new/fast rockets out there, this one requires hard packed trails as well otherwise she gets stuck.

Mine requires a hill, and preferably a friend to push you. On the plus side, I've never broken down and the track never needs replaced!

On a more serious note, my dad and I used to have an Arctic Cat 600 and a Polaris something... a great sport if you live in an area with trail access!

ya i never thought i guess most of the people on here are from bigger cities (ie. Toronto).
Those pics of my sleds were taken on my dads farm, 45 acres of open snowmobiling, ATV'ing riding space

Last week in Simcoe County. Got to like it when a neighbour hands you the keys to the ultimate sled for 2 weeks when he goes to Mexico.

2002 Artic Cat ZL 600, I keep it at my parents 200 acre farm up north.

I dont do any trail riding, just build jumps, hill climbing and ditch banging lol.

I can do 3 track weekends just for the cost of insurance and trail pass. I was lucky to get sledding 5 times a year before I sold it. Still miss it but enough was enough ......

I got a deal on my machine.... I got it for way below market value. Dealer wasn't keen on taking it in on Trade in because he's a BRP dealer, and the machine is a Polaris. It was my father-in-law's machine and I got it for $2300 ($2000 +PST/GST) + $300 storage 5 months after he traded it in(2007). My FIL told the guy that his family was upset at him for trading it in, and he wanted it back he only got $2000 on tradein for it...

3 yrs later, they are still being advertised in kijiji for $3000-3500.

Insurance $250, trail permit $200.

Cost so far is $4.50/mile without gas - this winter's mileage is 105miles. I hope to get 300-500 miles on it this year.

Last couple years have been bad for snow around here.... Too early to tell this year.... temps are good and cold, just hardly any big storms.

Sigh....

Default 2004 Ski-Doo MXZ Adrenaline 600

My 2004 Ski-Doo MXZ Adrenaline 600. All i need is a new track, new sliders and some wheel bearings and she'll be good as new. Won't be up to the cottage for 2 weeks now unfortunately. Any other sledders near Fenelon Falls/Bobcaygeon way? We should have a sledder GTG.
