Try searching the 993 board, I'm sure there is a DIY or How to instructions.
I tried removing mine on my 964 last summer but failed miserably! LOL

Sorry did'nt know about the forum rules but my car is a
1996 Speed Yellow TT with 63000km.Bought the car totally stock from Segal and my only mods have been repainting the calipers SY,Fabspeed muffler and lowering springs. It is a totally different car from my BoxsterS and still getting use to the power.
It is presenting hibernating and can't wait for spring.Been meaning to go to a Sat morning GTG but I usually golf Sat mornings so maybe this winter I'll try to come to one.You guys seem really into Porsches which is great to hear different points of view to differnet models.I'm kinda partial to the 993's but the new GT3RS is such a wicked car so who knows.

thanks for sharing the info. we may have a 993tt Toronto GTG in the spring, there are quite a few of us local now. your mods sound good, glad to hear you changed out the supension.
I think the bumper is a pretty easy change (few hours)

welcome to the site.
the front bumper is easy to remove and re-install. You can also take the opportunity to check the resistors for the AC and heater while you're there since they usually are dead by now. Very simple to replace when the front bumper is off. you may choose to replace the rubber strip around the headlight area- parts not too expensive from Porsche in TO.
I've found that Sunset Porsche is best bet for OEM parts if you're not in a hurry.
rear bumper is a different story. I've never done this one but I'm told it's 2-3 hrs work at a shop so it sounds involved.
