Default Hood blister

At the Etobicoke gtg today the matter of a hood blister was discussed. Long and short there's a dimensional criticality. I didn't wanna do it. The alternative is lowering the crossmember which in turn affects the steering geometry and that's outa the question.

So what do you think?

The top of the intake manifold and the throttle body. I already sectioned the intake body for about 15 degrees but it's short by about 2-3 cms.

There is no way to modify the intake any further? Do you have a pic of it?

Just leave the hood open a little. I don't see what the problem is.

for that hotrod with the LS1, isn't it standard operating procedure to go with no hood?

Cherry up the hood and slam it shut. Just kidding. Looks good.

Look on the Honda civic mod. web sites. There are many low profile hood bumps that you can buy that actually look pretty invisible when painted hood Colour.
