964 Prices
Hi Folks - on the 964 forum there is a price thread going that has numerous posts since it was launched. There was an initial attempt to track the info, but looks like it fell off. People have posted since and I was curious as to what the numbers looked like.
So this is what I assembled from the content that what was posted. I only focused on the North American data and understand much of the info is the buyers assessment that would likely vary from a formal appraisal.
There have been 218 info submits. Of those 79 % or 172 out of 218 are North American posts, 31 Outside North America. Ten of the 218 are incomplete and 5 are what I would consider outliers (special cars or odd numbers).
In North America since this post was initiated in 01-08-2006 to 11-30-2010, the average price regardless of model particulars is an average of 22,634 USD. For each model year the average prices was:

If you are looking to buy or sell your 964 its the summary of the info posted by Rennlist members. It would be interesting to know if any current valuations in Canada are similar. I can say for a recent appraisal it was close.

Mileage, condition and maintenance dictate the prices of a 964. Low mileage 30-50k miles will definately have a better value and are going anywhere from 25-30k usd plus don't forget the 6% duties for import as well.
