buy a optima red top at wallmart
they are on the shelf the yellow tops are way to heavy
Reds are lighter
mine just drops right in
CTC has trickle chargers for the cigarette charge for $19
I just put through a lowered window cars is always hot for fun

+1...and if you have a problem they'll take care of you. I've been having great luck with CT Eliminators for 1/2 the $$$ while lasting 7 years on the Z...may switch to them on the 993. I wouldn't put one on a car you're trying to sell though...an image thing.

I bought mine from an Interstate dealer in the Albion Rd. Hwy 27 area.
They are on Guided Court. 416-740-2266.
I paid around $120 around 4 years ago.
They will take your old battery if you like.

There is nothing wrong with CT Eliminator batteries especially considering that the Porsche brand battery doesn't last very long in comparison.
