I think the price is fair. Remember US cars had to be imported, duty paid etc. That does pop up their comparitive price over the flat price of a US car.

I have a lift in my garage. 996 on top, Audi A3 below. My ceiling height is 10'6" and, in my opinion, the bare minimum height as lift cannot extend to maximum height, only to the next to last safety stop. I have rigged bumpers on the lift to avoid any more scars on my head from bumping into it. A Cayenne plus 996 might not be feasible with a 10'6". My Toyota Sequoia will not fit but it is taller than a Cayenne...I think 11' minimum would work.
