OT - Concrete Garage Floor replacement

Anyone had to replace a garage floor? My place is about 8 yrs old and the garage is sinking due to bad prep by the builder. I have had a couple of quptes but they vary wildly and in the end all have the same 1 yr warranty. I am looking to get it pinned into the house so it doesn't sink and am also considering colouring the concrete (so I don't have to paint after) or even going nuts and doing patterned concrete (unlikely).
I am in Burlington. Any referals or experiences would be greatly appreciated.....

Is it sinking uniformly. or has it cracked and is sinking in different directions?
If it is sloping as one piece you might be able to have the slab raised from below....I'm not a specialist in this technique, but have seen it done in a commercial setting before. As I understand it they drill holes in the slab and force a product underneath the slab to essentially raise it back in place.
I'm sure there's a name for the procedure but I don't know what it is.
Or the price point. Worth a look considering the scope of work to re&re. Good luck.

A quick look online in GTA slabjacking comes up with, Level Line Concrete solutions.
I don't know them, but proof that someone's doing it locally. Good luck.

Unfortunately it is sinking at different rates in different places. When we experience heavy rain then it pools in the middle of garage.
I looked at the lifting companies but it end up to be about 50% of the cost of the new floor and you end up with a series of holes (many) as well as the cracks opening up as it is lifted. For now I am looking at new....

I had a similar problem and recently replaced my floor as part of an overall garage reno. I think I paid about $2,200 or $2,400 but I did not have the floor pinned. After 20 years I don't think my floor is going to settle anymore.

I had the same problem with my sagging 50? year crumbling concrete floor and came up with a $600 solution. I had the floor leveled with limestone screenings and put in large patio stones. Further sinking can be easily addressed with a limestone screening top-up and I can wash the car in the garage. The water simply percolates away.
