I've always found Uwe's craft way over the top. In the sense of taking a perfectly nice car, and tarting it up so that the end result is less than what he started with. Definitely expensive and exclusive, but that's about it. Gemballa is no Ruf...

Couldn't agree more....I have yet to see a Gemballa product that I like more than the original product. By the way, has he shown up yet or is he still missing?

His company was wound up at the end of May with assets going towards *some* of his tax bill. Had 1M Euro wired to SA by his wife just before he 'disappears'. I think I'd have a real tight leash put on Mrs. Gemballa as well as her passport under lock and key...
