Awesome pics, but what's with the SUV?

Can't say I really like the lines of the GT1, but would LOVE to see it in the flesh! And oh, those 356s and early f-cars.... {drool}

The SUV is the new Cayenne which was brought by Porsche. Black makes it disappear and the Porsche guys said it attracted little interest, but lots of interest in the Spyder.

Nope. It's never really done anything for me - it looks like someone slapped an aftermarket something-or-other over the rear end. It looks like there's a 996 "hiding" in there. Doesn't look like something that came from the Porsche designers.

Spotted an SLR722S roadster, many 911's, alot of Ferrari's, 2 Murcielago's, a Gallardo, a CLK 63 AMG Black Series, a Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano, a Ferrari 550, a Rolls Royce Ghost, many Aston's, many R8's, 2 Carrera GT's. and many more cars....

Yes that was the idea ... GT1 prototype catagory was built with the front clip of a street car (993 in Porsche case).... from the dash forward was race car as well as from behind the seats rearward was all race car. The whole idea was to have the street car looks. Remember the CLK doing a backflip at LeMans ...
