Car recommendation...?
A family friend is looking to get a new car by July 4th. She is set upon a Mercedes currently coming from a CTS. She's a real-estate agent and doesn't want something too small. I drove a C32 AMG before but I'm not familiar with the new C series or E series. I'm thinking E series is the way to go?
Then, she plans on keeping this car for awhile so she said lower km's as she put 95,000kms on in 3yrs. Any model years to avoid? Anyone have a Merc for sale?

Nah, she's not pretencious but has her mind set on a Mercedes of some sort. The CC's look amazing though.

If she is looking to shuttle people around the E series is likely the way to go. It is more roomy than the C series and historically has been the Mercedes go to model. Big body style change for the 2010 E, so likely some good deals to be had on prior years. The E350 has a V-6 and plenty of power for most. The E550 has a V8 and bags of wheel-spinning grunt.
Costs $3,000 - $3,500 for the MB extended warranty, but well worth it if she intends to keep the vehicle - although you have to buy the pre-owned Benz through a dealer and at the time of the vehicle purchase to be eligible for the extended warranty.
