where is this auction?
I am not in the market to add to my stable but curious what the 01 911 turbo and 03 ferrari 575 go for.
have fun and good luck bidding on the Superleggera! I expect to see it at the next GTG.

It's at Manheim Toronto - it's a stone's throw from the Milton water tower you see by the 401. I highly doubt pics are allowed, at least not as the cars are rolling through. Maybe in the yard. Problem is, I can't find my point and shoot, and I highly doubt they'll let me in with the DSLR

To all who sent me a pm: results aren't all posted yet, I don't think. I'll check again tomorrow. No 911s showing as sold, and I'm sure some of them did, as there were lots.
The 87 targa was a no-sale at 12.5, they wanted "closer to 15". Didn't look like a bad car at all. The 07 Rolls got bid up to over 250K! Don't know if it sold. Segal had some really nice cars running through, including a yellow 987. My boxster brought 16.5, I was really happy with that. Most of the 996s got bid up to the mid 20s.

Was the 08 Lambo the grey one? Pretty sure that's the one that was at the Kia dealer in G'Town last week.
Would be curious what it went for... a real sweet car.

Yes, it was. That was the Superlegerra. What an absolute beauty. Alcantra interior, carbon fibre door panels. The guy driving it said it was surprisingly comfortable. It got bid up to 115, I think. Not sure if it sold or not. There were 2 other Gallardos around the same money. Several 355s and an F430. When the F430 ran, nobody was bidding in the other lanes. I watched the caller and floor guys just standing there with a live car, waiting for everyone to come back

No idea where the 87 targa is now - it was being sold under Uptown Audi, if that makes any difference.
The Esprit didn't sell. I didn't watch it go through, but it's not on the post-sale results list, which means a no-sale. I did see it out in the lot - it was red, looked good, but it was locked so I couldn't look at the interior.
Interesting: over 500 cars ran last night, but only 211 are showing on the post-sale result list, which means only about half the cars sold. At a regular auction I'll bet it's more like 80-90%. I do wonder if lots of deals took place after the fact.
