Need someone for hosting and updates, updates would be occasional, and preferably paid on a per-instance basis. Main updates we do ourselves (i.e. add/delete inventory, change prices, etc) - updates from the hosting guy would be things like implementing new features (search, sort, etc), things like that. Currently paying $250/year for hosting and too much for changes, but the main problem is waiting far too long for changes - been waiting almost 3 months on implementation of a search function for our inventory, which is unacceptable. Main issue with the current guy is communication - emails go unanswered for days, even weeks until we threaten to can his sorry ****.

It's for our London dealership, but I don't see why the webmaster couldn't be located elsewhere.
