Oh canada heres i comes
well I landed, got my PR card, SIN & bankcard, buddy
woo hoo.,
PS AIR CANADA sucks bigtime, dude
exec class and aircrew/ground crew where a joke, eh
planes are old (airbus going back econmy), guy
BA a lot better, dey know how to treat buisness class true....
nuttin like british warmth and hospitality I suspect.
Doc's bedside manner left a lot to be desired as well,
and dont even get me started on car insurance in Toronto !
BUT......................
Had a good time, 2 weeks with the missus, in the end went up to the 1000 islands and had a meal at one of the bars where i had the best "old fasioned Liver and onions , with mash carrots and gravy" that I have ever tasted WOW
1st Anniversary meal at Moxsies, at square 1, not what I wanted to do, but missus suggested.. FOOD was great, though clientelle was a tad under dressed for what I wanted.
what else did I do...
Timmy Hortons, Applebies, Home Depot, Rona, Drove wifes Dodge caravan Mini-van, Coyote Jacks Grills, square 1 mall, drove back from 1000 islands using the TomTom , the 401, learning my address, just off Mavis and Matheson, learning to turn right at red lights... NO ROUNDABOUTS, having to TIP everywhere. Maple syrup and pancakes. STOPPING at stop sign, noty just rolling. and 70kmh is a LOT SLOWER than 70 MPH
petrol 91c's a litre, uk £1.20
anything else I forgot ?
I WAS SO GLAD to drive the porker when i got back real dilema with selling her, in all my travels did not see any 44's and certainly no s2's
